Technical Theater Professional Duane Rutter’s story is as unique as they come. His self effacing, lyrical way of storytelling has been known to cause listeners to smile as he relates the journey that led to his unique profession. Duane currently runs the busy theatrical operations at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
